Mosaic Alpha is a decentralised investment platform where anyone can build, manage and buy token baskets, investment baskets that package several cryptocurrencies into a single asset. We built the complete visual and digital experience. We designed the identity and custom illustrations, then built the UX/UI design of the marketing site and the web app on top of them. Our aim was to turn the complex world of DeFi into a clear, usable product for everyone, from the beginner investor to the experienced basket manager. The visual language of the brand stayed consistent throughout, so the same trust-building experience greets users from the landing page to the app’s inner screens.

Where we started.

The platform brings together a large number of features, including token basket creation and management, the Mosaic Wallet, the Kodexa utility token, an affiliate system and a token whitelist.

What we made.

The main question was how to turn this dense set of features into one logical, easy-to-navigate experience that serves both beginners and professional basket managers on the same interface.

With a decentralised crypto product, building trust visually is a task of its own, so we used the illustrations, colours and typography to strengthen a sense of security and predictability. Finally, we organised the marketing site and the web app into one connected design system, so the brand stays consistent from the first impression to actual use.
