Brillit,web app UX/UI design.

Brillit is one of Hungary’s largest service-finder platforms, connecting two sides: clients looking for a reliable contractor, and service providers who want to reach new customers. In a web app running a two-sided marketplace of this size, usability directly shapes business results, so every detail of the interface matters. Our task was to redesign the entire web app with a UX/UI and product design mindset, so that both the client side and the provider side are clean, fast and easy to use with confidence.

Where we started.

When redesigning a live platform, the biggest challenge is keeping familiar features intact while the interface becomes more consistent and up to date. We had to serve two user groups with different needs in one consistent system: a fast, trust-building search experience for clients, and clear profile management that helps providers win customers.

What we made.

We had to think through the full path of search, filtering and provider profiles, so that deciding and getting in touch takes as few steps as possible. We organised all of this into a unified, scalable UI system that also lays the groundwork for the platform’s future growth.
